I am so late on this! In December we learned we will be a Family of 4, this summer. Due date is August 20.

Happy 2011 Finally!!

I have finally sat down with my sewing machine my great hubby got me for xmas and completed a few projects!
A super cute skirt for this summer, comfy!

And a blanket for Brian, he is in LOVE with Sesame Street now. His favorites are Elmo of course, and Big Bird. I took 2 different baby flannels and the other side is a supersoft fleece and then put a satin binding around it. It turned out great!

I have a few more I want to do so wish me luck!

Halloween

Brian had a great time Trick or Treating with his friends, Weston and Ethan, even though he
didn't get to eat any of his candy! Brandon and I had fun watching him run around, sometimes he was more interested in the dirt or rocks in front of the houses than going up to the door to get his candy. He caught his first cold though :(

Trick-or-Treat!

Getting ready for Halloween has been fun! We decided to dress Brian up as a puppy. Over the summer he learned that puppies say "wuf" and he started sticking his tounge outand panting like Missie and Ozzie were doing. It was too cute!

Daddy and Brian practicing panting with their tounges out.

So Grown up!

Last week we went as a family to a park here on base, and lo and behold we found a mini park, the perfect size for Brian. He was able to walk up the stairs all by himself, and he even would dive down the slides headfirst! What am I in for when he is older?? An Evil Kinevil??

Hi All!!

Ok here goes...
Since we are so far away from our family, and Brian is changing soo much soo quickly, I finally decided to give in and start blogging. So all of you can keep up with us! Brian is now 17 months, time goes by so fast!

Coming back from our summer in Chicago was hard, but nice to be back at our house, and it was nice that Brandon got back from his deployment early so he had everything all settled back at home!

We have met our neighbors finally. Brian has 2 good friends now, Weston and Ethan that live across the street and next door, and they are all within 3 months of each other. How crazy is that!
We have had a busy fall so far having play dates, and going shopping (the moms were happier about that than the boys I think) and we even made it to a pumpkin patch.
We Miss everyone back in Chicago, and are looking forward to coming back for 3 weeks at Christmas :)
